Job Overview A leading financial services firm within Ghanas capital markets industry, licensed and regulated by the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), is seeking a highly driven and analytical Sales Trader to join its front-office team. The Sales Trader will be responsible for executing securities transactions on behalf of private, corporate, and institutional clients, as well as managing proprietary trading activities to drive profitability and market share growth. The role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to convert market intelligence into profitable trading strategies.
