Sales Trainee
Location: 1535 Gladstone Street, Montreal, Quebec, H4E 1C5, Canada
Otis Elevator Company is searching for a recent graduate to develop sales and business development skills while learning about the different products, services and divisions within Otis.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Sales Leadership Team to explore key departments including Service, Modernization, and Business Development.
- Shadow mechanics and engage in customer meetings to gain real‑world experience.
- Develop sales skills through a unique 5–7‑month training program.
- Present a recommendation to leadership on an area of opportunity to enhance customer and sales excellence.
- Transition to an official Sales or Account Manager role upon completion of the program.
Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
