**Position Responsibilities**- Take ownership for the ongoing development of every sales representative through joint calls, product / competitor modules and sales meeting content.
- Provide leadership and facilitation of all onboarding-related sales training programs for new hires including interns.
- Ensure Uline culture, best practices and procedures are displayed on a daily basis.
- Make sales calls in open territories as directed when not engaged in training and onboarding activities.
