Salesforce Accounts Receivable (AR) Business Systems Analyst Location:
Toronto, ON (1-2 days in the office based on business need) Responsibilities
Support TFO operational needs including system bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, managing SOX controls, and system configuration for AR. Create and maintain technical and process documentation Support large company projects and other initiatives that impact AR Operations systems. Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology or functionality implementations. Facilitate and maintain partnerships with key system and business stakeholders Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity. Providing solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy. Required Skills/Experience
