Responsibilities- Serve as the primary administrator for the DealHub platform, including setup, configuration, user permissions, and maintenance.
- Manage playbooks, approval workflows, and templates within DealHub.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot user issues and act as the liaison with DealHub support when needed.
- Ensure data flows smoothly between DealHub, CRM, ERP, and other sales tools.
