Job Description
We are seeking a midlevel Salesforce Developer (Contract) based in Colombia to support and extend a highly integrated Salesforce environment. This role is execution focused and adecuado for a developer who is comfortable working in an established org, contributing both to day‑to‑day support and new development, while collaborating closely with an experienced Salesforce Developer and CRM leadership. This is not an entry level role and not intended to be a long term architecture owner. The successful candidate will be hands‑on, pragmatic, and able to work semi independently within clearly defined priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a mix of Salesforce support and new development, including urgent issueresolution (“firefighting”) and planned enhancements
- Build, enhance, and maintain Apex based solutions, including batch processing and refactoring or scaling legacy low code automation where appropriate
