Salesforce Functional Analyst Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Experience Required: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, current-state and future-state business processes, and pain points Conduct workshops, interviews, requirement gathering, and refinement sessions with Product Owners and relevant stakeholders including architects and technical leads Identify and propose the best Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions for business requirements and recommend suitable custom solutions in collaboration with technical leads and UX teams Prepare and present solution materials to Salesforce Design Authority for review of problem statements and proposed solution options Perform Proof of Concept (POC) and impact analysis on existing Salesforce processes, configurations, and data Create functional artifacts including: Refined solution Epics User Stories ready for development Functional documentation in Conflue...
