Salesforce Production Support Analyst Salesforce Administration, Apex & nCino Role Description Handle production incidents end-to-end, including ticket triage, escalation, stakeholder communication, and maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues. Support deployment activities, production releases, hotfixes, and configuration changes. Validate post-deployment functionality and ensure system stability after every release. Administer and manage Salesforce environments, including users, permissions, and data models. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements. Configure and manage Salesforce Lightning components, including custom pages, dashboards, and reports. Perform regular health checks and optimize Salesforce instance performance.
