Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs and preferences
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to guide customers through their purchasing decisions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
- Keep abreast of current furniture trends and promotions to maximise sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in furniture sales or a similar retail environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
