Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer – Integration
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid
Contract Role
Need - hands-on development experience with the SAP integration
Responsibilities
- Build OData APIs in ECC using SAP Gateway (SEGW) exposing BAPIs and Function Modules
- Develop CDS Views and RAP-based services in S4HANA
- Write optimized OO ABAP, OpenSQL, and SQLScript for high performance data access
- Configure and manage API security (OAuth2, SAML, Basic Auth)
- Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot integrations using Gateway and ADT tools
- Produce technical and API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)
Qualifications
- Strong OO ABAP, CDS, and OpenSQL expertise
- Hands-on experience with SAP Gateway, RAP, and BOPF
- Solid knowledge of OData (V2/V4), JSON, XML, and HANA performance tuning
