Responsibilities
- SAP Inventory & Material Movements: Creation of Panel Part Number in SAP; Extend the Panel Part Number between SAP instances; Populate bill of materials in SAP; Creation of Material Part Numbers in SAP; Coordinate with purchaser and manufacturing operations regarding SAP BOM.
- Inventory Accuracy & Stock Control: Support cycle counts and annual/periodic physical inventory of on-hand Material vs SAP; Analyze stock discrepancies and work with warehouse/production to identify root causes; Use standard SAP reports (e.g., stock overview, material documents) to monitor inventory levels and movements.
- User Support & Issue Resolution: Provide first-line support for SAP inventory and material-related issues; Investigate and resolve user errors, incorrect postings, and basic system errors; Log and track incidents in the ticketing system, escalating complex issues to...
