Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of SAP Case, Mobile, and e-Service solutions . Candidates with City of Cape Town Case & Records Management experience will have a strong advantage. Candidates based in Cape Town are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Review existing business processes and map them to SAP Case, Mobile, and e-Service solutions . Conduct workshops with business and functional teams to gather and refine requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements . Document business processes in Visio and BPMN . Ensure all business scenarios and documentation are complete. Present TO-BE processes to stakeholders and obtain sign-off. Document the project blueprint . Work with developers and architects to support system design and integrations.
