Role Overview
The SAP SD Techno‑Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering SAP Sales & Distribution solutions, along with managing technical enhancements through ABAP knowledge. The role bridges functional expertise with technical capability to support end‑to‑end sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Sales & Distribution processes.
- Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing
- Shipping, Credit Management, Returns & Refunds
- Availability Check (ATP), Intercompany sales, Third‑party sales
- Design and implement pricing procedures, tax configurations, and condition techniques.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM, CRM, TM).
- Provide support for UAT, SIT, integration testing, and Go-Live.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
