The role involves implementing, configuring, and providing ongoing support for SAP Solution Manager across various projects. This position requires close collaboration with both technical and functional teams to ensure smooth integration and optimization of functionalities such as Change Request Management (ChaRM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Solution Documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in SAP Solution Manager (preferably version 7.2 or above)
- Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end implementations
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Project coordination experience
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
