Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Onboarding Consultant to support the delivery of large-scale payroll transformation programmes within complex enterprise environments.
The role requires deep expertise in Employee Central data models, HR core processes, onboarding configuration, and integration with broader SAP SuccessFactors modules.
The consultant will support end-to-end HR transformation activities including data migration, system configuration, integration design, testing, and transition to BAU operations.
