Position Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) as part of our customers HR Transformation program. This role requires strong expertise in end-to-end LMS deployments, including design, configuration, integration, and change enablement. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders, HR leadership, and technical teams to deliver a scalable, compliant, and business-aligned learning solution.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and HR stakeholders to define learning strategy, compliance needs, and success metrics.
- Translate business requirements into functional design and system configuration within SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
