Job Objectives
To ensure correct and timely dispatch of goods in accordance with Satair’s goals and strategies
Job Responsibilities
- Booking of shipments of customers’ orders
- Issuance of invoices and relevant shipping documents
- Arrangement for shipments being executed according to Satair’s policies and/or the customers’ shipping instructions
- Submission of shipping details to Satair’s customers
- Updating/maintenance of Satair’s shipping database re customers’ shipping instructions
- Inform relevant customer interfacing functions/colleagues about potential deviations to agreed transport/shipping agreements
- Maintain accurate records of all relevant documents
