Vanderwell is hiring a Quality Coordinator for its sawmill operations in Slave Lake, Alberta. Take charge of quality checks and uphold standards for all wood products.
Vanderwell, established for over 80 years, is rooted in the heart of northern Alberta. We pride ourselves on our consistent quality and thorough processes. The Quality Coordinator will be pivotal in conducting daily inspections and ensuring that our grading processes align with industry standards. Collaborating with Comact and managing QA processes will be central to your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out daily Quality Control inspections across production
• Assess package quality to ensure optimal Gradex function
• Monitor grading routines and adjust processes as necessary
• Communicate quality concerns to management effectively
• Work with Comact to maximize product quality performance
