Overview
Foreman: UAB Globalita has an exciting opportunity for a Production foreman to join our team. We are looking for a foreman to lead a scaffolders team. It will be a perfect role for someone who has great management skills and is experienced in scaffolding work.
Responsibilities
- Supervision and monitor the work undertaken by production staff, ensuring the required quality and safety standards.
- Accounting of working hours.
- Monitoring of project progress and efficiency indicators.
- Preparation of reports.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in scaffolding assembly/dismantling works.
- Experience in reading production drawings.
- Strong organizational skills.
Salary: 3500 – 4500 EUR/month (after taxes).
Scaffolder
- At least 2 years of work experience in shipbuilding.
- English language knowledge.
