Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】Astellas Pharma’s Product Research & Development (PR&D) organization, including Chemical & Biological Technology Labs. (CBTL), plays a key role in advancing innovative therapeutics from discovery through clinical development and commercialization by leveraging end-to-end CMC capabilities and cutting-edge science and technology.Within CBTL, the Modality Technology Lab (MT) enables biologics development through cell line development for antibodies and other advanced modalities.MT works closely with Research and cross-functional partners to enable the progression of discovery assets into development. MT drives cell line development activities, including clone selection, cell banking, and technology transfer to internal and external manufacturing sites. MT also contributes to regulatory submissions and commercial readiness. In parallel, MT advances next-generation cell line development platforms to strengthen biologics production capabilities.We ...
