Are you looking to apply your expertise in process development to optimize and scale innovative protein production processes? STEMCELL Technologies, Canada’s largest biotechnology company, is seeking a Scientist to join the Process Development (PAD) Biologics Upstream team, supporting both cGMP and research-use-only manufacturing through data‑driven scientific approaches.
As a Scientist, you will lead and execute upstream process development, from experimental design through scale‑up and technology transfer, ensuring robust and efficient production processes. You will analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and contribute to the successful transition of new products into manufacturing. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, you will collaborate across cross‑functional teams, support technical decision‑making, and help drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
