Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We currently have a full‑time opportunity for a Scrum Master. This role can be based out of one of our main offices including: Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON; Calgary, AB.
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Understand the ecosystem and practically apply relevant agile practices to the backlog management process. Guide the larger team on Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies to enhance productivity and delivery.
- Facilitate the end‑to‑end backlog process, including gathering requirements, prioritization, planning, and delivery. Work closely with solution program managers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of scope, priorities, and timely delivery of enhancements.
