Scrum Master – Core Banking Technology

The Scrum Master (Level 7) is an individual contributor responsible for enabling effective Agile delivery within Core Banking Technology teams. This role acts as a servant leader, facilitator, and delivery enabler, ensuring that Agile principles are consistently applied while delivering high‑quality, compliant, and predictable outcomes.
Operating in a highly complex and regulated Core Banking environment, the Scrum Master partners with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Architects, and cross‑functional stakeholders to remove impediments, manage delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle. This role will report to the Engineering Manager/Delivery Lead. Hybrid work environment in the Scarborough office with occasional non‑standard hours to support releases and delivery timelines.
