Responsibilities
- Act as a facilitator, supporting the team in reaching objectives and establishing a pleasant, efficient environment.
- Collaborate closely with the team to provide vision and leadership.
- Ensure proactive communication at all levels and mobilize teams.
- Anticipate problems, propose solutions, and participate in resolution.
- Work with the manager and project manager to determine sprint priorities.
- Formalise delivery processes, quality control and the Definition of Done.
