About the role
Our growing team is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate and support the team in delivering high‑quality data‑warehouse solutions.
What you’ll do here
- Act as a facilitator to help the team reach its objectives while fostering a pleasant and efficient working environment.
- Work closely with the team to provide vision and leadership, ensuring proactive and effective communication at all levels.
- Mobilize teams, anticipate problems, propose solutions and take part in problem resolution.
- Partner with the manager and project manager to determine sprint priorities.
- Formalise delivery processes, quality control, and the Definition of Done.
- Guide the team in applying Agile methodology, adapting the process to team and delivery context.
