Continental Engineering Services (CES) is looking for a fellow colleague that can act as Scrum Master and drive the organization towards agile mindset transformation in the software development department.

Your Tasks
- Project planning and follow‑up of tasks throughout the full project development cycle with agile mindset.
- Assist the team in meeting their delivery goals by helping the team members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate.
- Promote Agile practices and mindset, help the team embrace Agile values.
- Facilitate the removal of impediments.
- Facilitate team events including daily stand‑ups, iteration planning, iteration review and iteration retrospectives.
