Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will apply your agility and coaching skills to evolve agile team practices, in an end-to-end approach based on different experiences aimed at enhancing the experience of all employees in the IT Capital Markets sector.

Your role
- Be responsible, in collaboration with the project team, for the definition, planning, and organization of work for the delivery of initiative features
- Supervise and facilitate the day-to-day activities of the multidisciplinary teams under your responsibility
- Support Product Owners in the prioritization and refinement of activities
- Support managers in the sound management of initiatives (budgets, timelines, risks and issues, etc....
