Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master for our client who meets the following criteria:
- Language: English
- Security Clearance: Reliability
- Location of Work: Hybrid (required 12 days on-site per month at the Bank of Canada Head Office in Ottawa)
Mandatory requirements
- Certified ScrumMaster / Professional (CSM or CSP)
- A minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated experience working as Scrum Master and leading multiple Operational IT Scrum Teams
- A minimum of three (3) years of recent demonstrated experience working in an IT operations environment (e.g. patching/service requests, incidents, etc.)
- Demonstrated Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA
- Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and reporting
Additional requirements
- Certified Agile Leader
- Kanban Management Professional (KMP)
- Dealing with project delivery and customer needs
