Who You Will Work With
The vacant Scrum Master role will report to the Practice Leader, Development - Interac Direct. The Scrum Master is accountable for enabling effective ways of working across one or more Agile squads by coaching teams in Agile principles and practices, driving continuous improvement in team effectiveness, and removing impediments that impact delivery. Through a collaborative leadership approach, the Scrum Master fosters trust, engagement, and professional growth while strengthening delivery practices and overall team performance.
What You Will Do
- Agile Coaching & Practice Adoption 20% - Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members on Agile values, principles, and practices to reinforce consistent ways of working and build confidence in Agile delivery. Promote strong understanding and adoption of Agile practices across the team to support effective collaboration, alignment, and ongoing improvement.
