Seat Complete Engineer (Naucalpan de Juárez)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, release and launch seat systems or components through GPDS (PRE-PSC to J1).
• QWCT (Quality, Weight, Cost, Timing) management for assigned parts.
• Attend program‑related meetings: To4, Seat complete, EMMs, TDRMs, supplier meetings, purchasing meetings, etc. (some should be led by the D&R Engineer).
• Develop and execute seat system/component‑level Design Verification Plans, support vehicle/system‑level DVP, and ensure compliance with all System Design Specifications (SDS) and Federal Regulations, including unique Export Market Requirements.
• Create and maintain a timing/Gantt chart (PDP) for assigned parts and projects.
• Maintain a list of prevention‑recurrence actions/lessons learned/required design rules and cascade to the core team.
• Coordinate with other areas to ensure design intent meets all requirements (Seat Complete, Seat Structure, Seat Features, Studio, Safety, Craftsmanship, ...
