Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Second Cook you will produce and organize the mise en place of the kitchen, help the First Cook, and perform the following activities:
- Produce the Mise en Place Kitchen
- Set up the orders for sales points
- Maintain organization and hygiene in the kitchen
- Prepare food using appropriate cooking techniques under supervision
- Store and check the validity of food
- Assist other departments whenever necessary
- Transfer shift information during changeovers
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
