Position Details
Trek is a collaborative team‑teaching environment where teachers collaborate, integrate, and teach across subject areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in group dynamics and leadership development, and a range of administrative skills such as budget planning and financial management. Experience in outdoor leadership is essential. This is a full‑time position; part‑time loads are not available. All TREK teachers share field study responsibilities, including overnight duties.
