Raise the security bar while scaling BoamAI’s core backend
BoamAI builds managed data solutions that turn messy, unstructured signals from public, private, and proprietary sources into structured, reliable, and always up-to-date intelligence on millions of SMBs and enterprises worldwide. These agentic systems power CRMs, data warehouses, AI products, and mission-critical decisions across the enterprise.
As a Security & Backend Engineer, you will own core pieces of our Scala + Python backend while raising the bar on how we protect data, systems, and customers. You will design and build backend services, shape secure-by-default patterns, and lead practical security work across authentication, authorization, data protection, and infrastructure. This is a role for someone who enjoys hard backend problems and has a meaningful security background, but does not want a purely specialized security seat.
