- Preparing, authoring, and/or revising technical documents, including reports as necessary to support improvements to the technical data package and support solution.
- Reviewing products of the technical data package in collaboration with engineers.
- Creating and updating end user manuals.
- Creating quick reference guides and video tutorials.
- Coordinating the activities related to the verification of the final technical data package, track progress and report status.
