Job Overview: In Downtown Toronto, our Security Professionals will oversee a busy retail and commercial environment with high pedestrian traffic. Security staff are responsible for access control, mobile patrols, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents while delivering strong customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre, including common areas, corridors, and exterior entrances, to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any suspicious activity, theft, or safety concerns
- Provide a strong security presence to deter theft, loitering, and disruptive behaviour
