Overview

The Security Manager oversees all physical security, asset protection, and risk‑mitigation operations for a high‑volume manufacturing campus in Nogales, Sonora. The role ensures the safety of employees, protection of company assets, compliance with Mexican regulations, and alignment with corporate security standards.

Responsibilities

• Physical Security & Facility Protection : develop, implement, and maintain the site’s physical security program, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, and visitor management systems; develop perimeter protection and local procedures; conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits; oversee contracted guard operations.
