Responsibilities
- Drive new business: Identify, pursue, and secure new client partnerships within the private sector with a hunter mentality.
- Cultivate client relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor for IT hiring needs.
- Lead generation & prospecting: Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry research.
