Job Description
Client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a short‑term contract engagement (3‑4 months). In this role, you will support quarterly reviews and annual external audits, prepare financial statements and supporting documentation, and perform technical accounting research.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual external audits with auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare consolidation working papers, financial statements, and note disclosures.
- Develop audit committee materials and other reporting analyses.
- Perform technical accounting research and draft accounting memos under IFRS.
- Prepare selected month‑end reconciliations.
- Support ad‑hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting designation (CPA) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Background in public accounting is considered an asset.
