This hands-on position requires an organized accountant with over six years of full-cycle accounting experience. It offers exposure to multi-entity operations and strategic finance projects. Your role will include managing financial reporting, accounts payable, and cost accounting, all while adhering to Canadian GAAP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close accurately
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Maintain general ledger integrity as per Canadian GAAP
• Assist in financial statement preparation and variance analysis
• Support accounting for new business lines and inventory
