Position Title: Senior Accountant. Salary: $65,000-$80,000. Position Status: Existing vacancy. Location: Ottawa, ON. Work Model: Onsite.
Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the Controller within the Property Management division of their business. Operating in a dynamic and entrepreneurial real estate environment, this role will be responsible for managing accounting activities across a portfolio of commercial and residential assets. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting leadership with financial reporting, and ensuring effective financial oversight of the portfolio. This position will oversee the accounting for approximately 20 commercial tenants and fewer than 100 residential tenants, including cash management, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities.
