Starlight Investments, in conjunction with WP Osborne Executive Search, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their portfolio finance team.
Senior Accountant
Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Senior Accountant is responsible for the accounting for various entities. This includes preparing journal entries, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, income statement analysis, year-end audit working papers, review of property managers reporting, cash calls and assisting with the preparation of consolidated financial reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Detailed review of monthly property-level reporting packages provided by property managers. Ensuring reporting packages are fully supportable and accurate;
