Responsibilities: Take leadership through alignment with the Plant Manager reporting structure regarding development, implementation, and corporate-driven procedures.
Establish and maintain the necessary controls to safeguard company assets.
Prepare periodic financial reports, including financial statements, budgets, plans, forecasts, etc.
Maintain the plant's cost system standards and prepare related reports and analyses.
Provide professional expertise and guidance to the Plant Manager in all aspects related to financial reporting, costs, controls, and decision-making.
