As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Accounting Analyst to join their Finance team in a highly visible role that works closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the customer-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, collections, cash application, customer account management, and dispute resolution.
- Manage customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
- Investigate and resolve customer deductions, short payments, credits, and account issues.
- Support month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
