The successful candidate will build AI-powered customer service solutions including AI Agents, virtual assistants, voicebots, and conversational IVR applications using Amazon Connect, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AWS cloud services. This role requires close collaboration with architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions for large enterprise environments.
