Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Algo Trading / SOR Developer to join a high-performing team building next-generation trading infrastructure in Hong Kong. If you've built execution algorithms from the ground up and thrive in low-latency environments, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Design and build a low-latency, high-throughput EMS / Smart Order Router (SOR)
- Develop intelligent routing strategies based on liquidity, latency, execution quality, and cost
- Partner closely with traders and product teams to enhance algorithmic capabilities
- Monitor and optimize systems in live trading environments
- Improve system resilience and performance
- Support production trading systems when needed
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
