Position
Senior Alternatives Data Analyst – Data Solutions Team at Mercer. Locations: Boston, Toronto or the U.K. Hybrid role, at least three days per week at office.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Private Markets and Hedge Fund Investment teams on data management and strategy.
- Develop knowledge of Investment Team workflows and critical data needs to understand and deliver their specific capabilities and requirements, working closely with platform providers and data and technology teams to implement tailored, fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
- Support the development and execution of investment data strategies by rolling out new platforms and solutions that adhere to data governance, management, and quality principles, ensuring they meet evolving needs.
