Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Analyst (Bilingual English/French, 3+ years) to support Commercial Card inquiries and reconciliation within banking operations.
Join a team within the Commercial Card business unit focused on maintaining service level excellence and operational accuracy across internal and external client channels. This role handles customer inquiries, payment issue investigation, and vendor coordination within a well‑established financial institution. Candidates will benefit from a hybrid schedule with limited onsite requirements and exposure to multiple departments including Fraud, Accounting, and Chargeback.
