Senior Analyst – Data Ops Pricing
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Service Center – HSBC and oversee enterprise reference data maintenance and automation tools across fixed income, equities, derivatives, and FX business lines.
Responsibilities- Own and manage automation tools for enterprise reference data maintenance across various asset classes.
- Ensure work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets high quality standards.
- Deliver a customer‑driven service that meets expectations in accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Process customer instructions accurately to meet quality standards and targets.
- Proactively suggest and design process workflow improvements.
- Identify and escalates common fraud, errors, or irregular transactions in accordance with procedures.
