As a Senior Analyst, Hilton Honors Caribbean and Latin America (CALA), you will support initiatives that increase customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through multi-channel campaigns and loyalty program awareness.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will contribute to projects. These projects include the Hilton Honors Champion program, enrollment and on-property incentives, performance reporting and insights, survey analysis, partnership initiatives, and cross-efforts. These efforts scale across hotels and markets in CALA.
