Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and coordination of residential and mixed-use development projects from concept through project completion.
- Manage the design development process, ensuring alignment with project objectives, quality standards, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate with master planning, structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, design packages, material selections, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, planning regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage and coordinate external architects, design consultants, and technical specialists throughout all project phases.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to optimize functionality, constructability, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
